” The Restorer “

No matter how hard anyone tries to restore what is right among the wrong, it is an uphill battle as mans mindset is prone to like evil more than righteousness. This is not said to disregard anyone who truly loves the Lord and do his will. If we look around us today we see as ISIS destroys many innocent people young and old in the name of their religion, and the laws we see being passed to take the sacred union of men and woman marry into an abominable act of same sex marriage we display a nation void of the true love of Gods ways! Even Jesus spoke how Elijah would come to restore all things and people did not want to know then God and when Jesus himself came they shunned his teachings as well. (Matthew 17:11-13). And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.

We are told in Isaiah 58:1-5 how the people thought to go through a fast of not eating would accomplish the Lords will, but verses 6-11 tells us it is to loose the bands of wickedness, deal our bread to the hungry and clothe the naked and then will God hear and be with those who restore as he has asked. (Isaiah 58:11,12). And the Lord shall guide thee continually, and satisfy thy soul in drought, and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not. And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.

No one could ever restore our soul better than God can! (Psalm 23:3). He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake.
