” Hated For The Right Reason “

The people who truly love God know very well what it feels like to be hated, but the worlds ways do not lead us back to God but to leave behind what took all your attention off following him and faith in Christ will. There is only one way to heaven, and being hated for the very truth you stand for is worth it! (Luke 6:22,23).  Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake.Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

It is not good to be a fool that is unlearned in the word of God, but to gain wisdom which separates one from the crowd and be a fool for Christs sake ia an honor. (1 Corinthians 4:9-15).  For I think that God hath set forth us the apostles last, as it were appointed to death: for we are made a spectacle unto the world, and to angels, and to men.We are fools for Christ’s sake, but ye are wise in Christ; we are weak, but ye are strong; ye are honourable, but we are despised. Even unto this present hour we both hunger, and thirst, and are naked, and are buffeted, and have no certain dwellingplace; And labour, working with our own hands: being reviled, we bless; being persecuted, we suffer it: Being defamed, we intreat: we are made as the filth of the world, and are the offscouring of all things unto this day. I write not these things to shame you, but as my beloved sons I warn you. For though ye have ten thousand instructers in Christ, yet have ye not many fathers: for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the gospel.

Jesus plainly spoke to his Father how he was not of the world and neither are his people who have chose his way and are hated for it. (John 17:13-17). And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

(John 15:18).

  1. Many Christians that I know, including myself, have struggled with the security of our salvation at one time or another, in our lives.I think,at least for myself,it comes from being out of the LORD’s will.I may need to be obedient in a service He’s called me to,or repent of sins that are harboring in my heart. But this verse,John 15:18 is the best litmus test to squash any doubts about being saved by grace alone through Faith alone,in Christ alone! I have lost family and friends through this past decade,as I have stood up for the convictions of which I live by,all written in God’s holy Word. It’s a tough road, but it’s a light load I carry because Jesus already paved that road, when He walked it to Calvary.Thank you.I needed this reminder of the ultimate litmus test.

  2. Tammy Noel Smith…..A road seems hard sometimes till we by the testimony of our Lord and others encourages us to press on even if there is a falling away. By faith many have gone before us. ( Hebrews 11 ) Stay strong ( Revelation 19:9-10 ). God Bless You.
