Righteousness v.s Wickedness

It is by faith that Gods righteousness is revealed to us, and the more we learn the word of God the more strength we acquire. (Romans 1:16-19) For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them.

As a servant of Christ we know to do what is right and things work out better. The righteous enjoy the fruit of their labours as the way of the wicked gets rewarded as well, but it is not to be desired as they reward evil unto themselves without even knowing it! (Isaiah 3:9-11) The shew of their countenance doth witness against them; and they declare their sin as Sodom, they hide it not, Woe unto their soul! for they have rewarded evil unto themselves. Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings. Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

It is never a wrong decision to choose what is good and righteous in this life, God will remove any enemy if we put our full and complete trust in him! (Psalm 35:24-28) Judge me, O Lord my God, according to thy righteousness; and let them not rejoice over me. Let them not say in their hearts, Ah, so would we have it: let them not say, We have swallowed him up. Let them be ashamed and brought to confusion together that rejoice at mine hurt: let them be clothed with shame and dishonour that magnify themselves against me. Let them shout for joy, and be glad, that favour my righteous cause: yea, let them say continually, Let the Lord be magnified, which hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. And my tongue shall speak of thy righteousness and of thy praise all the day long.

Many preachers teach one-sided sermon’s as they teach only the love side of God, and do not dare let their congregations know that God is angry with the wicked every day, or that when the day of the Lord arrives the wicked will be as chaff and stubble and will not inherit the earth. Therefore repentance for anyone to turn from their wrong ways goes undone. (Psalm 7:8-11) The LORD shall judge the people: judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, and according to mine integrity that is in me. Oh let the wickedness of the wicked come to an end; but establish the just: for the righteous God trieth the hearts and reins. My defence is of God, which saveth the upright in heart. God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day. (Malachi 4:1-3)
