What God has prepared

We find a wonderful message Jesus taught how although He had to leave the earth He was going to prepare a place for those who know and love Him. A place in His Fathers house{John 14:1-7), 1 (Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if [it were] not [so], I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, [there] ye may be also 4 And whither I go ye know, and the way ye know. 5 Thomas saith unto him, Lord, we know not whither thou goest; and how can we know the way? 6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me. 7 If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Proverbs 8:32-36).

By the spirit of God many things are revealed to us. Some may know the passage “Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man,the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him”,but did you know this beautiful passage first appeared in the book of Isaiah?(Isaiah 64:4),(1 Corinthians 2:9).

We too have been prepared by Him as a vessel which He has called to do His will in the earth (Romans 9:21-26).

As christians we run the race of faith, and in Hebrews read of many who have gone before us and had died in faith. A people who also spoke of a better place,a city that God has prepared!

Hebrews 11:13-16 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them afar off, and were persuaded of [them], and embraced [them], and confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For they that say such things declare plainly that they seek a country. 15 And truly, if they had been mindful of that [country] from whence they came out, they might have had opportunity to have returned. 16 But now they desire a better [country], that is, an heavenly: wherefore God is not ashamed to be called their God: for he hath prepared for them a city.
