God keeps His promises and we can be sure if scripture says it, it will stand for all eternity! So it is with the covenant God has made with man which was first established with Noah. (Genesis 6:17-18 ) And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die. But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee.

Today we still see that same rebellion in the earth. The sacred holy union of a man and a woman to procreate is replaced by those who choose to be part of the LGBTQ community. God never said to make a rainbow flag to support your sin! ( Romans 1:26-32 ) He did however give the blessing of the rainbow to be a reminder of His covenant to never destroy all flesh again by flood. ( Genesis 9:11-17 ) And I will establish my covenant with you; neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth. And God said, This [is] the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that [is] with you, for perpetual generations: I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth. And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud: And I will remember my covenant, which [is] between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh. And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that [is] upon the earth. And God said unto Noah, This [is] the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that [is] upon the earth.

Throughout many generations Gods covenant stayed the course, until the ultimate covenant He has made by the shedding of blood of His own Son! Jesus the mediator of the new covenant that is written on the hearts and minds on all who believe ( Hebrews 10:16-22 ) This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin. Having therefore, brethren, boldness to enter into the holiest by the blood of Jesus, By a new and living way, which he hath consecrated for us, through the veil, that is to say, his flesh; And having an high priest over the house of God; Let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, having our hearts sprinkled from an evil conscience, and our bodies washed with pure water.( Hebrews 12:24-29 ).
