As we look to a new year how will you spend the time you have been given? Scripture teaches Moses prayed and asked God to help us to number our days so that we may apply our heart’s unto wisdom (Psalm 90:12). We are not promised tomorrow and really only have today to live to the fullest. May we keep God at the center of our days, and not lose sight every breath we take comes from Him! (Genesis 2:7) And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
What if you could live this year and though you never sinned. Sounds impossible, but nothing is impossible with God to those who believe. He has the ability to wipe the slate clean on our life if we through genuine repentance turn to Him in full sincerity. Jesus shed blood on the cross completely removes our sin as far as the east is from the west (Isaiah 1:16-19) Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil; Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.
No matter where we are on life’s journey, whether we are young or old God is faithful to His word and promises, and is a God who gives us a second chance iif we are willing to change and serve Him. Don’t spend another year living for all you want and then at the end look to God. There are so many blessings just waiting for those who choose righteousness over wickedness. Make this the year to change once and for all! (Proverbs 11:31) Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.
For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him. As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. (Psalm 103:11-13).

AMEN!
