“2026” New Year …… New Hope

Many will be starting out the new year by making resolutions with good intentions, and by March it is all a distant thought. This year let us seek to learn more of the source of all hope and strength by learning about the Lord and turn our life around by repenting! Why not start out the new year with a clean slate and say goodbye once and for all to the baggage we have carried for so long!

This year why not make a change that will serve us in this life and the one to come, by renewing our minds in the word of God that will eternally stand. Some may have lost loved ones through the year while others may have lost a job or a relationship, whatever the loss and heartache only the one who said He would never leave nor forsake us truly understands. (Jeremiah 29:11-13) For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

What if you could live this year as though you never sinned. Sounds impossible, but nothing is impossible with God to those who believe. He has the ability to  wipe the slate clean on our life if we genuinely turn to Him in full sincerity. Jesus (Yahshua) shed blood on the cross completely removes our sin as far as the east is from the west (Isaiah 1:16-19) Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before mine eyes; cease to do evil;  Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land.

No matter where we are on life’s journey, whether we are young or old God is faithful to His word and promises, and is a God who gives us a second chance if we are willing to change and serve Him. Don’t spend another year living for all you want and then look to God. There are so many blessings just waiting for those who choose righteousness over wickedness, good over bad, right over wrong. Make this the year to change once and for all! (Proverbs 11:31) Behold, the righteous shall be recompensed in the earth: much more the wicked and the sinner.

For as the heaven is high above the earth, so great is his mercy toward them that fear him.  As far as the east is from the west, so far hath he removed our transgressions from us. Like as a father pitieth his children, so the LORD pitieth them that fear him. (Psalm 103:11-13).
