Love is a fountain of forgiveness.
It is fed by a spring called Mercy.
From that soothing source,
We drink its life-giving strength,
From which flows the healing waters.
Of course, that fountain of loving forgiveness comes out of the very heart of God. For He is love. Through His mercy He forgave all of our sins, all of the dark things that we did in our old life. He sacrificed His life in His Son, proving the greatest love. Which is laying down your life for another.
