There are ways of knowing if the person in front of you speaking about God and the Lord whom you Love is telling the truth,for the bible says we will know them by their fruits.It is written: “Either make the tree good, and his fruit good; or else make the tree corrupt, and his fruit corrupt: for the tree is known by his fruit”.(Matthew 12:33).
God keeps no one in the dark of who will inherit his kingdom and who won’t.God holds nothing back from who Loves him and who wants to stay in sin.His word lists what warrants a life lived for him by keeping the fruit’s of the Spirit and those who choose to continue in the works of the flesh. “For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law. Now the works of the flesh are manifest which are these; Adultry, fornication, uncleanness, lasciviousness, Idolatry, witchcraft, hatred, variance, emulations, wrath, strife, seditions, heresies, envyings, murders, drunkenness, revellings, and such like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, meekness, temperance: against such there is no law. And they that are Christ’s have crucified the flesh with the affections and lusts”.(Galatians 5:17-24).
There are so many Blessings to those who choose a Life with Christ.To those who sin they are a servant of sin.There are those who hate the knowledge of God,but will eat of the fruit for their way’s. “When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. Then shall they call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early, but they shall not find me: For that they hated knowledge, and did not choose the fear of the Lord: they would none of my councel: they despised all my reproof. Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own devices”.(Proverbs 1:27-31).
We all have the chance to speak words that lead to life or speak words that lead us to death. “A man’s belly shall be satisfied with the fruit of his mouth; and with the increase of his lips shall he be filled. Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof”.(Proverbs 18:20,21).
All Christians look forward to the fruitful tree of life mentioned in revelation that will heal the nations. “In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations”(Revelation 22:2).Oh what a day it will be to live and never see death for all eternity if we choose a fruitful life lived for our Lord.
