“Every Day Is A Gift”

z9w7r5t3

When we wake up each morning, it is a gift we have been given another day! To be thankful for another chance to accomplish something is better than choosing to complain the day away, for complaining has never once removed what one is complaining about. (Philippians 2:14,15). Do all things without murmurings and disputings:That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

By faith we obtain grace and it is not something any of us can earn, but it is a gift from God. (Ephesians 2:5-8).  Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by grace ye are saved;)And hath raised us up together, and made us sit together in heavenly places in Christ Jesus:That in the ages to come he might shew the exceeding riches of his grace in his kindness toward us through Christ Jesus. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God:

The greatest gift we can give to God is to live for him and not ourselves, and any labor upon this earth we take God will bless it! (Ecclesiastes 5:18-20). Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion.Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God. For he shall not much remember the days of his life; because God answereth him in the joy of his heart.

Many have heard this saying and it bears repeating: Every day is a gift from God, and what we do with it is our gift to him!
