” Ponder And Meditate “

thCANBK3GB

How many go throughout their day and God is not a part of it? Or he is the last thought of the day before turning in at bedtime? It is written the blessed man meditates day and night upon the law of the Lord and takes no council of the ungodly. (Psalm 1:1-3). Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful. But his delight is in the law of the Lord; and in his law doth he meditate day and night. And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that bringeth forth his fruit in his season; his leaf also shall not wither; and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.

To the Christian God Almighty is their Rock, while there are some who do not consider his way and think they are following our Rock but their rock is not the same! (Deuteronomy 32:27-31). Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high, and the Lord hath not done all this. For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them.O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the Lord had shut them up?For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

For some who claim to love the Lord will keep from telling another who is on the wrong path for whatever reason about the truth they can claim in the Saviour, but we need to remember our all knowing God does consider the sinner’s way and we are to stand in the hedge girded with the true way that will help many. CONSIDER………….. (Proverbs 24:10-12). If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small. If thou forbear to deliver them that are drawn unto death, and those that are ready to be slain; If thou sayest, Behold, we knew it not; doth not he that pondereth the heart consider it? and he that keepeth thy soul, doth not he know it? and shall not he render to every man according to his works?
