It is written God does not forget our work and labor of love we show towards His name, it is at times not the easiest thing to do as not all love and care for the Lord Yet all is worth it to bring honor to the one who has called us out of darkness into His marvelous light. (Hebrews 6:10-12). For God is not unrighteous to forget your work and labour of love, which ye have shewed toward his name, in that ye have ministered to the saints, and do minister. And we desire that every one of you do shew the same diligence to the full assurance of hope unto the end: That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Jesus said “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. (Matthew 11:28). When we learn of Him we find rest for our soul, and a new meaning for what life is truly for. Our life is important but not as important as serving and loving one another as we look to the needs of others and focus on being a servant of Christ because our labour for Christ is never in vain. (1 Corinthians 15:58). Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.
In the world there are many trials and troubles from time to time, but we know that all power and comfort can only be found when we follow Christ and the way we have learned by His example. It is not a grievious time for us to press on in the faith we have for our Saviour for He is the only way to heaven and the only way to gain eternity.
