By Jesus sending his Holy Spirit we now walk the earth to spread the Good News throughout the earth,we are the modern day disciples!

It is written the sign of a true disciple is that they Love one another. “A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love another; as I have loved you,that ye also love one another.By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another”.(John 13:34,35).

When the seventy returned with Joy that in the name of Jesus even the devils were subject unto them,Jesus told them what the TRUE JOY IS and that was that their names were written in Heaven. “Notwithstanding in this rejoice not,that the spirits are subject unto you;but rather rejoice,because your names are written in Heaven”.(Luke 10:19).

There is a beautiful message Jesus spoke to the disciples in his day which he now  speak’s to his modern day disciples: “In that hour Jesus rejoiced in Spirit,and said, I thank thee O Father,Lord of Heaven and earth,that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent,and hast revealed them unto babes:even so, Father;for so it seemed good in thy sight.All things are delivered to me of my Father:and no man knoweth who the Son is,but the Father;and who the Father is, but the Son,and he to whom the Son will reveal him.

And he turned him unto his disciples, and said privately, Blessed are the eyes which see the things that ye see: For I tell you,that many prophets and kings have desired to see those things which ye see,and have not seen them; and to hear those things which ye hear, and have not heard them”.(Luke 10:21-24).

Before Paul departed he did’nt hesitate to let those who heard him know that there would enter into the flock wolves who would not spare the flock and speak contrary to his teaching and take them from the gospel. “Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and in all the flock,over which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God,which he hath purchased with his own blood.For I know this,that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you,not sparing the flock.Also of your own selves shall men arise,speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them”.(Acts 20:28-30).

His anointed are under the shadow of his wings……………Take Comfort in this: “Our persecutors are swifter than the eagles of the Heaven:they pursued us upon the mountains, they laid wait for us in the wilderness.The breath of our nostrils,the anointed of the Lord,was taken in their pits, of whom we said,Under his shadow we shall live among the heathen”.(Lamentations 4:19,20).
