When life seems to be overpowering and we become weary of the days event’s, it is a comfort to know that even God becomes fed up and weary as He views for days without number man doing things He does not approve of (Isaiah 1:13,14).

The only true rest we can find for our soul in this life is found in the Lord who beckons us to come to Him (Matthew 11:28-30) 28  Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

Life is not easy by any means , but in the midst of being overwhelmed may we not lose sight of staying the course for which we are called to and not grow weary in well doing. When we worry we are saying God is not able to handle what we are concerned about. May we surrender and give all to Him so He can keep us as He has promised He would!(1 Peter 5:6-11) 6 Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: 7 Casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you.n8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: 9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world. 10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you. 11 To him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.(Philippians 4:5-7).

Our faith in Christ is what gets us through the most difficult of times! Praise God for sending His Son who is the author and finisher of our faith. May we stay strong in the weariest of times, for He has overcome the world!
