Sadly as mere humans we sometimes lose sight of all the goodness God has for those who truly love and keep His word. Many go through life not seeing themselves as God sees them. He has created us for His pleasure. (Revelation 4:11) 11 Thou art worthy, O Lord, to receive glory and honour and power: for thou hast created all things, and for thy pleasure they are and were created.
In His eyes we are so much more than we could ever believe ourselves to be. God in His infinite mercy and love for us sees us as …………………………………………..
1.) His child – (2 Corinthians 6:16-18)
2.) His Elect – (Colossians 3:12-17)
3.) First fruit – (James 1:17,18)
4.) Apple of His eye – (Psalm 17:7,8) , (Deuteronomy 32:9,10)
5.) Chosen – ( John 15:16-19)
6.) His Redeemed – (Revelation 5:9)
7.) Anointed – (1 John 2:27-29)
8.) Friend – (John 15:12-15)
9.) Blessed – (Matthew 5:3-11)
10.) A Royal priesthood – (1 Peter 2:9)
11.) Kings & Priest’s – ( Revelation 1:5,6)
Knowing how God sees us changes our perspective as well, for we are loved by our creator and while we were yet sinners Christ died for us!
For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.
Hope! Now that I have it through Jesus I truly appreciate what HOPE IS!! Life through a Jesus!! Hebrews 11:1 11 Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
VERY GOOD NEWS!!!! Blessings Forever in Jesus name Amen!

We are so loved! We are a blessed people! I marvel that so few want the Lord. But let us who know Him rejoice forevermore! 🙌❤️
As written He did not chose us because we were more in number, but were the least in number. I join you Cathy in celebreating the Blessings we enjoy in the Lord. (Deuteronomy 7:6,7). Blessings.

Thanks Julia. Great reminder of who we are in the Lord.
I would like to bring to your attention a mistranslation in the KJV. As you mentioned, the Lord’s people are referred to as “kings” in the KJV in Revelation 1:6 and 5:10. This is grossly incorrect. There is only ONE King, our Lord Jesus. The Lord’s people are actually a kingdom of priests. They are priests, not kings. This has been corrected in other versions. The NASB95 reads correctly as follows:
5 “To Him who loves us and released us from our sins by His blood— 6 and He made us into a kingdom, priests to His God and Father—to Him be the glory and the dominion forever and ever. Amen. [Revelation 1:5-6]
You have made them into a kingdom and priests to our God, and they will reign upon the earth.” [Revelation 5:10]
Blessings to you
Thank you so much RJ for the translation correction. I am humbled to learn this correction. I also agree with the way this now reads. God Bless and Keep you Always in His Care.
