There will always always be those set on all this world offers by obtaining titles, status and material goods, but sadly titles do not impress God and we too are instructed not to think one person is above the other. It is the poor of the world who are rich in faith God has chosen(James 2:1-5), My brethren, have not the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with respect of persons.2 For if there come unto your assembly a man with a gold ring, in goodly apparel, and there come in also a poor man in vile raiment;3 And ye have respect to him that weareth the gay clothing, and say unto him, Sit thou here in a good place; and say to the poor, Stand thou there, or sit here under my footstool:4 Are ye not then partial in yourselves, and are become judges of evil thoughts?5 Hearken, my beloved brethren, Hath not God chosen the poor of this world rich in faith, and heirs of the kingdom which he hath promised to them that love him?  

 It is written that pride comes before a fall,and there is not one thing that will last beyond this life except the holy word of God and all who truly love and serve Him in spirit and in truth!This life is for us to honor God,and not to put ourselves above another. Scripture teaches us we are as the grass or as a flower of the field that flourishes for a time,and then will wither away. This shows us how fragile life is, and the power of the living God we serve! (Isaiah 40:3-8). 3 The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, Prepare ye the way of the Lord, make straight in the desert a highway for our God.4 Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain:5 And the glory of the Lord shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the Lord hath spoken it.6 The voice said, Cry. And he said, What shall I cry? All flesh is grass, and all the goodliness thereof is as the flower of the field:7 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: because the spirit of the Lord bloweth upon it: surely the people is grass.8 The grass withereth, the flower fadeth: but the word of our God shall stand for ever.

When we exalt ourselves above another we are full of pride and are arrogant, something that has nothing to do with God! The worlds ways are not parallel with Gods righteous ways therefore pride is worn as a cloak to the ungodly! ( 1 John 2:15-17) Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

 Let me not, I pray you, accept any man’s person, neither let me give flattering titles unto man. For I know not to give flattering titles; in so doing my maker would soon take me away (Job 32:21,22).
