The Just Live By Faith And The Justice Of God

We live in a world where lying is acceptable, as well as sin is the norm and woe to those who do not want to live that way and fit in. When one is a Christian fitting into a world of injustice is not even a consideration. We know the God we serve expects right and true judgment on our part. “He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he”.(Deuteronomy 32:4).

The whole purpose God sent Christ is to redeem us back to him, and by following the example our Saviour gave we can be assured he will keep the promises he has given us. The justice of God is opposite of the justice of the world. “To do justice and judgment is more acceptable to the Lord than sacrifice. It is joy to the just to do judgment: but destruction shall be to the workers of iniquity”.(Proverbs 21:3,15).

It is written the just shall live by faith, but how many take this to heart and solely full on surrender to God all matters that are too overwhelming to them as God asks us to do? As Paul’s words are for any one of us who has decided to not be ashamed of the gospel we are called to preach he says: For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith”.(Romans 1:16,17).

It is so important to realize the frailty of life and we are but a vapour which appears for a time and to honor God and Christ through that time is to show others that by faith we can move mountains and walk with our creator who truly does love us! “The highway of the upright is to depart from evil: he that keepeth his way preserveth his soul”.(Proverbs 16:17).

In Jesus own words we read of just what faith can do as he says we are sanctified, sins are forgiven and we have an inheritance through the faith we have in him as told us by Paul’s testimony! “To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me“.(Acts 26:18).

Many have gone before us in this life and to read of all the trust and faith others had put in God read Hebrews Chapter 11 as it will encourage you!
