A lesson taken from the Psalms
I don’t need to tell anyone life is hard as we all go through the highest mountains and the lowest valley’s. There comes a time in the most difficult times and the midst of the storms of life THERE IS GOD! (Psalm 28:6-9) Blessed be the LORD, because he hath heard the voice of my supplications. The LORD is my strength and my shield; my heart trusted in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoiceth; and with my song will I praise him. The LORD is their strength, and he is the saving strength of his anointed. Save thy people, and bless thine inheritance: feed them also, and lift them up for ever.
When the alcoholic and drug addict finally hit bottom,and they are so low the only thing to do is to look up THERE IS GOD! (Psalm 56:13) For thou hast delivered my soul from death: wilt not thou deliver my feet from falling, that I may walk before God in the light of the living? (Psalm 107:13,14).
When we are so overwhelmed and there seems to be no answers or any way out THERE IS GOD! (Psalm 62:5-8) My soul, wait thou only upon God; for my expectation is from him.He only is my rock and my salvation: he is my defen ; I shall not be moved. In God is my salvation and my glory: the rock of my strength, and my refuge, is in God. Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.
No one can remove our enemies from before us more than God Himself, for He alone is our helper. We can put our full trust and confidence in Him! (Psalm 54:2-7) Hear my prayer, O God; give ear to the words of my mouth. For strangers are risen up against me, and oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them. Selah. Behold, God is mine helper: the Lord is with them that uphold my soul. He shall reward evil unto mine enemies: cut them off in thy truth. I will freely sacrifice unto thee: I will praise thy name, O LORD; for it is good. For he hath delivered me out of all trouble: and mine eye hath seen his desire upon mine enemies.
No matter what we endure throughout our days upon earth we can be assured people and times can let us down,but our help always comes from the Lord. (Psalm 121).
Precious Sheep Of Renown 
When I hit rock bottom with depression and begged God- I honestly didn’t think He knew who I was and I KNEW I didn’t deserve to be known by Him-THERE WAS GOD!!!!!
Hallelujah!!!
YES SISTER! Galatians 4:9 shows we are known of Him, and that it is not just that we know who He is. God Bless You Always.
