Divine Intervention……………..
I will never forget the day my mother surprised a doctor by the healing grace of God. She was a diabetic and as many who know of this disease that neuropathy is part of its package. We had visited the doctor who had seen a couple of her toes were turning black and he said they would have to amputate. My Mothers faith never wavered and said this is Gods body and he will take care of it and then smiled! (Philippians 1:20,21) According to my earnest expectation and my hope, that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but that with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ shall be magnified in my body, whether it be by life, or by death. For to me to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
By the time the next appointment arrived my mothers toes were completely normal, and we both anxiously waited to see what the doctor would say as he was so certain things would worsen. He removed her sock and then stood up and didn’t say a word then he looked up pointing his finger towards heaven and said I’m not going to say anything and you could tell by the look on his face this was outside of what he would normally see in his practice. From that time on when the outward appearance of things didn’t match what was considered normal my Mother would say it’s an “inside Job”. Many around the world have also experienced the inside workings of what a strong faith filled life sees. (Hebrews 11:1). Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
To have the faith that moves mountains does not mean if one does not receive healing God does not care, DO NOT LOSE HOPE PEOPLE for in our weakness we are made strong just as Paul sought God three times to remove the thorn in his flesh he then understood that his physical weakness could display the power of Christ in his life! (2 Corinthians 12:7-10). And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure. For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me. And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me. Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ’s sake: for when I am weak, then am I strong.
Life is truly difficult but it is even more if we live without the hope we find in Christ the one who was willing to die so that we may have life!( John 10:10). Next time things seem so overpowering read of all Paul endured and know the life of a Christian is like no other for they strive to enter the gates of heaven and do not live to stay in a world even Christ was not a part of, but to attain the heaven that is promised. (2 Corinthians 11:23-30) Are they ministers of Christ? (I speak as a fool) I am more; in labours more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequent, in deaths oft. Of the Jews five times received I forty stripes save one. Thrice was I beaten with rods, once was I stoned, thrice I suffered shipwreck, a night and a day I have been in the deep; In journeyings often, in perils of waters, in perils of robbers, in perils by mine own countrymen, in perils by the heathen, in perils in the city, in perils in the wilderness, in perils in the sea, in perils among false brethren; In weariness and painfulness, in watchings often, in hunger and thirst, in fastings often, in cold and nakedness. Beside those things that are without, that which cometh upon me daily, the care of all the churches. Who is weak, and I am not weak? who is offended, and I burn not? If I must needs glory, I will glory of the things which concern mine infirmities.

This physical pain filled corruptible body is looking towards the pain free incorruptible body.
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. Amen.
So well spoken Chuck. So much we have to look forward to in the uncorruptible kingdom that will never end that is filled with Gods Glory! Be Blessed.
