As Christians the words of God reach many when spoken through the Holy Spirit He has given. (2 Corinthians 3:2,3) Ye are our epistle written in our hearts, known and read of all men: Forasmuch as ye are manifestly declared to be the epistle of Christ ministered by us, written not with ink, but with the Spirit of the living God; not in tables of stone, but in fleshly tables of the heart.
There is a prophesy that has come to pass in which God would write His covenant and laws on the heart’s of His people as foretold of in Jeremiah 31:33. We find then in the book of Hebrews that His covenant with man has surely come to pass (Hebrews 10:15-18) Whereof the Holy Ghost also is a witness to us: for after that he had said before, This is the covenant that I will make with them after those days, saith the Lord, I will put my laws into their hearts, and in their minds will I write them; And their sins and iniquities will I remember no more. Now where remission of these is, there is no more offering for sin.
It is this Covenant that would cause His people to fear Him so they would not depart from His ways! (Jeremiah 32:40) And I will make an everlasting covenant with them, that I will not turn away from them, to do them good; but I will put my fear in their hearts, that they shall not depart from me.
When you think about it God knew all along the outcome of man’s ways. He would give His Only Begotten Son to pay the price of sin for many through repentance and then gather His Spirit Filled Church for all Eternity back to Himself! What a plan!
This is why the people of God are known as a peculiar people for you see they live in this world, but are more aware of the world to come that will have no end through the Spirit of God! We truly are epistles of God walking this earth by the power of the living God (Titus 2:12-15) Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works. These things speak, and exhort, and rebuke with all authority. Let no man despise thee.
Only let your conversation be as it becometh the gospel of Christ: that whether I come and see you, or else be absent, I may hear of your affairs, that ye stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel. (Philippians 1:27).

Thank you for sharing this. Many times we do not think that we matter that much in God’s plan, but many will “read” us, His letters to the world. Nicely done. kwh
Thank you for the kind words. May Strength and Joy be yours.
