Christ, the exiled King of the universe, is coming back to this earth to fully establish His government. He will be reigning and ruling through a body of chosen humans, a cadre numbering a few thousand (Revelation 7, 14). The whole creation is waiting “for the manifestation of the sons and daughters of God” (Rom. 8:19).
They will serve Him as viceroys and will be His executive administration on all things in His Kingdom. Every king in history has had his chancellors and lieutenants to carry out his will. Christ will share His power with us.
