The Strong Tower of God’s Hebrew Name

There are seasons when the battlefield of the mind feels relentless. Thoughts rise like storm winds, swirling through our grey matter with a force that seems beyond our control. Scripture is clear that such mental assaults are not imagined; they are part of the enemy’s strategy. The devil…walks about as a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour” (1 Pet. 5:8). Paul warns believers that Satan launches fiery darts” toward the mind (Eph. 6:16). These darts often take the form of recurring, self-accusing thoughts — memories of past failures, thinking about material things, shame from our former life, whispers of condemnation that loop again and again.
