God who calls and separates us from the world makes it possible for us to have peace in the midst of the storms of life, for it is not us who has chose Him but He who has chosen us! (John 15:15,16 )Ye are my friends, if ye do whatsoever I command you. Henceforth I call you not servants; for the servant knoweth not what his Lord doeth: but I have called you friends; for all things that I have heard of my Father I have made known unto you. Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.
When we put our full and complete trust in God we are as He is in this world, and His will is worked through us. The apostle Paul spoke plainly he was an apostle of God and not of men, and he even spoke of being called right from the womb. (Galatians 1:1,15,16) Paul, an apostle, (not of men, neither by man, but by Jesus Christ, and God the Father, who raised him from the dead). .But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother’s womb, and called me by his grace, To reveal his Son in me, that I might preach him among the heathen; immediately I conferred not with flesh and blood.( 1 John 4:17). Herein is our love made perfect, that we may have boldness in the day of judgment: because as he is, so are we in this world.
Jeremiah was sanctified of God from the womb to work God’s glory in the earth, so whether we be called of God from an early age or much later it is His will that is performed through the vessel He has chosen to shine through. (Jeremiah 1:4-10) Then the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, Before I formed thee in the belly, I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Then said I, Ah, Lord god! behold, I cannot speak: for I am a child. But the Lord said unto me, Say not, I am a child: for thou shalt go to all that I shall send thee, and whatsoever I command thee thou shalt speak. Be not afraid of their faces: for I am with thee to deliver the, saith the Lord. Then the Lord put forth his hand, and touched my mouth. And the Lord said unto me, Behold, I have put my words in thy mouth. See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.
When Christ returns there will be a separation of His people (the sheep) from those who are not His (the goats). (Matthew 25:31-34) When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory: And before him shall be gathered all nations: and he shall separate them one from another, as a shepherd divideth his sheep from the goats: And he shall set the sheep on the right hand, but the goats on the left. Then shall the king say unto them on his right hand, Come, ye blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world.
Precious Sheep Of Renown 
Sometimes the individual pure substances are more important than the mixture.
Thus, separation of substances is necessary to obtain pure substances for domestic purposes, industrial purposes and research work.
If one refuse to cut off bad friends he may be influenced or people may reference him as one. More blessings
