“The Antic’s Of Satan”

It is written we are to be weary of the wiles of the devil who roams the earth as a roaring lion to devour whoever he can!
If we understand what motivates some people it is easier to see that as a christian we are not contending with flesh and blood, but the powers of darkness of this world that satan is the god of. ( 2 Corinthians 4:3,4 ). Jesus the light of the world was sent to shine forth through his people! We are offered spiritual armour as we need it to counteract all strongholds that go against the word of God by the enemy of our soul that is satan. (Ephesians 6:11-17). “Do all things without murmurings and disputings: That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world”.(Philippians 2:14,15).
Jesus knew full well the power of darkness in this world as it entered one of his own disciples Judas when the chief priests and scribes sought a way to kill Jesus and judas stepped up to the plate to carry out the deception! “And the chief priests and scribes sought how they might kill him; for they feared the people. Then entered satan into Judas surnamed Iscariot, being of the number of the twelve. And he went his way, and communed with the chief priests and captains, how he might betray him into them. And they were glad, and covenanted to give him money. Then Jesus said unto the chief priests, and captains of the temple, and the elders, which were come to him, Be ye come out, as against a thief, with swords and staves? When I was daily with you in the temple, ye stretched forth no hands against me: but this is your hour, and the power of darkness“.(Luke 22:2-5,52,53).
We read that satan is head of all principalities and powers, but our Lord and Saviour has conquered this for all of us, and no matter what we encounter in this life Christ has already been through and we too overcome by the power given us through the Holy Spirit. “Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. For in him dwelleth all the fulness of the Godhead bodily. And ye are complete in him, which is the head of all principality and power”.(Colossians 2:8-10). “Who shall seperate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword? As it is written, for thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord”.
(Romans 8:35-39).
Do we continue in the worlds ways and show no change to make a difference we are called to do while we’re here or make it known to as many as we can that the worlds system will never work without Christ being the center of it?
