“The Sword”

The soldiers of God are being called to the battlefield where the earth is white for the harvest of the land to be harvested through the truth which only comes from the word of God! The harvest will be gathered by a tool other than what many think is a threshing instrument, and that is the written word. “Behold, I will make thee a new sharp threshing instrument having teeth: thou shalt thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and shalt make the hills as chaff. Thou shalt fan them, and the wind shall carry them away, and the whirlwind shall scatter them: and thou shalt rejoice in the Lord, and shalt glory in the Holy One of Israel”.(Isaiah 41:15,16).

The very same sword Jesus himself will use to teach the world of his Fathers kingdom in the final of days, are the words we carry to the world! “His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns, and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS”.(REVELATION 19:12-16).
The sword of the word the saints were given as they battled through their life is the eternal word that will be forever as it is written on their hearts and minds! The more we learned of this precious word the further we were from the very world we were born into and answered the call on our life that would bring salvation to whosoever would accept it. “Ye are of God, little children, and have overcome them: because greater is he that is in you, than he that is in the world. They are of the world: therefore speak they of the world, and the world heareth them. We are of God: he that knoweth God heareth us; he that is not of God heareth not us. Hereby know we the spirit of truth, and the spirit of error”.(1 John 4:4-6).
We are not called to sit idly by as people remain in darkness to the promises God gives us for the redemption of their soul. Our guideline is to let people know of the grace Jesus died and paid for at the cross, and if your words (his words) are not well received by anyone then press on for those who are searching and seeking to know the Saviour of their life the one and only hope of mankind! We are told to reprimand the unruly and at the same time restore the broken……..”Now we exhort you, brethren, warn them that are unruly, comfort the feebleminded, support the weak, be patient toward all men. See that none render evil for evil unto any man; but ever follow that which is good, both among yourselves, and to all men. Rejoice evermore. Pray without ceasing. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you”.(1 Thessalonians 5:14-18).
